Shipping Methods

All of our prints are sent out tucked up and cosy in little cardboard tubes & wrapped in tissue to keep them safe. The cost of postage is £6.00 for orders under £60. Thereafter postage is free.

If you are purchasing a print for a loved one as a gift we offer free, hand written calligraphy name tags to personalise your present, just pop us an email with their name and we can include this in your parcel.


If for any reason the item you have ordered is not right for you, please tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You must return the items to us within a further 14 days, unused and in perfect, unopened and undamaged resalable condition. Please note, if we do not receive the returned item within 30 days of the order date, we will not be able to issue a refund, and may only be able to offer store credit. It is your responsibility to make sure the item is return securely and in time.

Postage costs for returns will have to be paid for by you.

To arrange a return, please contact us by email with your order reference number and let us know what the problem is and how you would like it resolved (for example, a refund or a replacement). Once you have confirmation by reply, please post back your order to the address you will be given in our correspondence. Please do not return an item without letting us know in advance. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging.

Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same amount used to make the purchase, minus the cost of the initial postage fee.

When returning an item to us, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. There is no need to send it by trackable post but please get a proof of postage receipt from your post office.
